PT FERGACO INDONESIA RECEIVED ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFICATION

Jakarta, 3 September 2009 – PT Fergaco Indonesia was awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification on September 3, 2009. This award signified an important milestone for the Company in achieving its vision, mission, and company objectives. Since its incorporation in December 2000, PT Fergaco Indonesia has continuously developed its Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System and embedded it into the company culture. “Quality is our way of life. Our core value is Quality, Safety, and Expertise for our clients.” states Mr. Agus Karyanto, CEO of PT Fergaco Indonesia. The journey towards ISO 9001:2008 certification began one year ago whereby all of the Company’s business procedures went through painstakingly detailed and systematic review process. Based on the review results, improvements were incorporated to make the Company’s QHSE Management System an efficient and effective system. The certification efforts were led by Mr. Firman Ibrahim, AVP Marketing and Management Representative of PT Fergaco Indonesia, with the help of Ms. Gesti Hutami, QHSE Officer of the Company.

PT FERGACO INDONESIA IS AWARDED LICENSE AS ORGANIZER FOR H2S HAZARD MANAGEMENT COMPETENCY TEST BY PPT MIGAS

Jakarta, 2 July, 2009 -- PT Fergaco Indonesia is appointed by Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) “PPT Migas” in Cepu, Central Java as an official organizer for Personnel Competency Certification Test for H2S Hazard Management (Sertifikasi Kompetensi Penanganan Bahaya Gas H2S). A valid H2S Hazard Management Competency license is a requirement by BP Migas for all personnel working in oil, gas, and geothermal project sites. The first joint training session with PPT Migas was conducted from May 27 to June 1, 2009. PT Fergaco Indonesia is developing a regular schedule for subsequent training and competency evaluation sessions.

HOLE IN ONE SPONSORED BY PT FERGACO INDONESIA

Jakarta, 6 April 2009 -- PT Fergaco Indonesia sponsored the Hole in One of PT Pertamina EP’s 109th GOLDIVEKS golf tournament, which took place on April 4th, 2009 at Padang Golf Gunung Geulis, West Java. This tournament is a bi-monthly event held by PT Pertamina EP, held to promote network and good relationship between Pertamina and its partners. More than 200 golfers participated in the event.
